誠意と根性とそして努力を
これは初舞台のロケットを振付してくださった喜多弘先生が初舞台生に贈ってくださった言葉。
喜多先生は当時初舞台生のロケットを沢山担当していらっしゃって、必ずこの言葉を初舞台生に贈っていたそう。
この言葉で『誠意を持って舞台を務めること』『どんなことにも負けない根性を持つこと』『宝塚で頑張る以上は努力を怠らないこと』を教えてくださった。
この言葉を胸に初舞台公演『風と共に去りぬ』のマグノリア・ロケットを1ヶ月間ずっとやっていた。

この言葉が何かにつけて思い出されるが、やはり長くやっていると、この言葉を忘れていた時もあった。今回この出演を依頼され、何だろうと思った時にこの３つを思い出した。
そして、この３つの言葉の最後の『そして努力を』が宝塚を卒業すると『そして愛を』に変化するそう。宝塚を卒業されたたくさんの先輩方もこの言葉を大切に今も生活しているという話を聞き、現役でいる間は、努力を怠らずに頑張ろうと心に誓った。
なんとも重みもある言葉ですね…耳が痛い…初心に立ち返るのは本当に重要ですね！
