現在東京宝塚劇場にて上演中の雪組公演『ルパン三世』新人公演で主役のルパン三世を演じる永久輝せあのインタビュー。

Ｑ香盤表を見た時の感想

初めて主演をさせて頂く、ルパン三世をさせて頂くとお聞きした時は本当にびっくりして、なかなか信じられなかったし、「私なんかでいいのかな」という不安もあったし、正直喜びよりも不安の方が大きくて、なかなか本当に信じられなかったが、発表された時の周りの方々の温かいお言葉で、精一杯頑張ろうかなと、私にできることを一生懸命やるしかないなと思えるようになった。

Ｑ宝塚大劇場の新人公演を終えて

時間のない中で、やれる限りのことをやらなければと本当に突っ走ってきたが、いざ舞台に立ってみるとあの広い空間で真ん中に立って色々な踊り、お芝居、歌全てをお客様にお届けするというのが、どんなに大変なことか本当に思い知ったし、役としてずっとお芝居中あの空間で生きるということが、本当に難しいんだなということを改めて実感した。

Ｑ役作りについて

実際やってみると、周りの方々との芝居であったりとか、そういうものも含めるとルパン三世としてみんなを引っ張っていったり、かき乱すその勢いというものと、いつも余裕がある余裕さとのバランスが難しくて、どっちかに偏ってしまったり。真面目すぎてしまったり、優しすぎてしまったり、ふざけすぎてしまったり。その絶妙なバランスがとても難しくて、お稽古中ずっと苦労した。

Ｑ久城あす（銭形警部）との芝居について

久城さんとお芝居できるというのはとても嬉しくて、今までの新人公演の久城さんを見てきて、その自分の役作りを本当にされる方だなと思っていたので、お稽古始まる前まではどういう銭形を作ってこられるのか、それに私が返せるのかと少し不安だったが、やはり本当に上級生としても銭形警部としても素晴らしくて、私がとてもついていった感じがあったが、ルパン三世と銭形との相思相愛感というか、追いかけあったり追いかけられる立場ではあるがどこか信頼していて、愛情があってという関係性が見えたらいいなと思いながらお稽古をした。

Ｑ月城かなと（カリオストロ伯爵）との芝居について

月城さんとは前回（前田慶次）の新人公演で親友の役をしていたというところもあって、なんとなく言葉は交わさないけれどお互いが分かるという空気をすぐ作ることができて、初対面でカリオストロさんに計画を持ち出して実行するというルパン三世とカリオストロとの関係がそういうところで繋げられたらいいねという話はした。

Ｑ星南のぞみ（マリー・アントワネット）との芝居について

星南とはお互い初主演ということもあり、似てる部分もあるなと感じていたので、まずお互い主演と決まった時に少し話をして気を使うのではなく、自分達お互いさらけ出してぶつかって、対等にお芝居ができたらいいねというお話もしたので、そういう意味ではマリー・アントワネットとルパン三世の素顔の部分で距離が深まっていくという部分が、私と星南の関係で繋がっていけたのではないかなとは思うが、本当にお互い不器用なので何度もお稽古して。
マリー・アントワネットがパリの街で酔っ払って自分のお家に帰る直前の場面で、星南自身も酔っ払いながら本当の自分の未来を聞くという難しいお芝居ではあったし、ルパン三世もマリー・アントワネットの将来を知りつつも、彼女の本当の素顔の部分を見て、幸せに暮らす優しい嘘をつくという場面がとても難しくて、何度もお稽古をした。

Ｑ本役・早霧せいなからのアドバイス

まず私のルパンをやったらいいよと言っていただいたので、早霧さんを見て学ぶこともあるし、ルパン三世のアニメを見て学ぶこともあるので、どうそれを私らしくしていったらいいかなと思っていたが、ルパン三世というアニメの役に近づけるわけでもなく、早霧さんのルパン三世に近づけるわけでもなく、そのルパン三世という役の本質をきちんと理解して、それを自分の中で消化して私が演じるということを目標に頑張った。

Ｑ東京の新人公演に向けて

大劇場の舞台でやって一番感じたのは本当にルパン三世として生きることの難しさだったので、まだ東京に向けてお稽古期間もあるし、もう１度大劇場での新人公演を反省して振り返って考え直して、お稽古に臨みもっと自分の中からルパン三世に近づけるようになれたらいいなと思っている。
