平安時代の舞台はこの新人公演メンバー全員が初めてで。分からないことだらけでスタートしたお稽古でしたが、みんな１人１人がそれぞれお稽古に集中し、そしてほんの少しずつですが成長して本日の本番を迎えることができました。
初めは自分のやりたい事をやるだけで、互いのお芝居が噛み合っておらず、本当にどうなることかと思いましたが、でも本当にみんなそれぞれお稽古に集中して本日の本番を迎えられたのだと思います。そしてこの『新源氏物語』の華やかさやそれぞれの個性豊かなキャラクターやそれをみんな舞台上で熱く生きて、恐れず楽しみ、そして本日お客様に楽しんでいただけるように頑張ってまいりました。
そして、東京の新人公演でも更に頑張っていけますよう今日学んだことを生かして、またお稽古に励みたいと思います。それではお待たせいたしました。同期の柚香光が皆様にご挨拶いたします。

日本人ならば誰もが知っている『源氏物語』。この難しい大作にこの新人公演メンバーだけで挑戦する。お稽古が始まる前から、そしてお稽古が始まってからも、本当に膨大な課題と分からない事と出来ない事と、そして不安な思いが目の前に山積みになって覆い被さってくるようでした。
しかし、その課題にぶつかっていく時間が、みんなの夢中になってお稽古をしている輝く姿や、みんなの想いが１つになってきたなと感じれば感じるほどに、その時間はとても充実して幸せで、改めてこの作品の奥深さ、そして作品を作り上げていくことの楽しさを感じることができました。
課題はまだまだたくさんありますし、本日の公演で各々また新たにたくさんの課題ができたことと思います。その課題をパワーに変えて、これからも花組の一員として皆様の記憶にずっと残るような公演をお届けできるように１人１人が精進してまいりたいと思いますので、どうぞ今後ともよろしくお願いいたします。
